1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Dubai Club Scout, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or its services.
These terms apply to visitors, registered players and anyone who interacts with the services provided through the Dubai Club Scout platform.
2. Our Service
Dubai Club Scout is a football scouting and opportunity platform designed to help players create profiles, discover football-related opportunities and connect with potential scouting or club pathways.
The platform may provide information relating to football clubs, trials, scouting opportunities and potential contract pathways.
Important: Registration with Dubai Club Scout does not guarantee a trial, selection, employment, transfer, contract or placement with any football club.
3. Player Registration
Certain player registration services require a valid confirmation code before registration can begin.
Players are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information during registration.
Where identity documents are requested, players must provide documents that belong to them and must not submit fraudulent, altered or misleading information.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and for protecting any login credentials associated with your account.
4. Football Trials
Trial opportunities are intended primarily for players seeking discovery, assessment or an opportunity to demonstrate their football ability.
Trial information displayed on the website may include dates, locations, player categories and positions. Availability and participation requirements may change.
A player applying for a trial understands that applying does not guarantee attendance, selection or an offer from a club.
5. Contract Pathways
Contract pathways are different from trial opportunities. They are intended for players who are already playing for a club and may be considering a move to another club or a new football opportunity.
Information about clubs or potential contract pathways should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a club is currently offering a contract or that a player will receive an offer.
Any football contract, transfer agreement, employment relationship or other formal agreement is between the relevant parties and is subject to their own terms, requirements and applicable rules.
